A CLOSER LOOK

What a useful case study should show.

Verified client stories are still being prepared. This explains the evidence we look for before presenting a result as a case study.

A clear starting point

A result is easier to assess when the reader understands the business, the original problem and the baseline. Relevant context includes the audience, existing channels, systems and constraints that shaped the work.

A case study should also state which information the client has approved for publication. We do not substitute invented company names, testimonials or performance figures for evidence that has not yet been supplied.

The actual scope of work

The story should identify the selected engines, important deliverables and system changes. That helps a reader understand what Dappr contributed and what depended on the client or another partner.

A website improvement, a paid campaign and a CRM implementation can affect the same customer journey in different ways. Explaining those connections is more useful than presenting one headline number without the work behind it.

A fair description of the outcome

Useful results include a time period, a clear measure and the source of the information. Changes to budget, audience, offer or reporting can affect comparisons and should be considered when explaining the result.

A case study should distinguish measured outcomes from observations and interpretation. It should avoid treating every business change as the effect of a single marketing action when the evidence does not support that conclusion.

Lessons that help another business

The practical value of a story often lies in the decision it explains: why a priority changed, which assumption was tested or how a handoff became clearer. That context helps readers assess whether a similar approach might fit.

Until approved stories are ready, contact Dappr to discuss relevant experience and the type of evidence appropriate to your situation.
