A CLOSER LOOK

Choose a plan by the work you need owned.

Price and engine count are the starting point. The right fit also depends on your internal capacity, systems and decision-making needs.

Start with the customer journey

List how people currently discover the business, evaluate the offer and make contact. Identify where that journey becomes unclear or unreliable. This often reveals a more useful starting point than choosing a channel because it is popular.

If paid promotion is the priority, Social Media Ads and Google Ads belong to Paid Acquisition. If regular publishing is the need, Social Media Management belongs to Content + Social. Those are different operating responsibilities, even when both use the same social platform.

Understand the engine allowance

An engine groups related acquisition or conversion services. Signal includes one active engine at a time, Momentum two and Command three. The selected mix is agreed around the business need and available capacity. Fractional CMO includes all five engines.

An allowance is not a promise of every platform, format or project running without limits. A brief defines the selected channels, production quantities and priorities. Changes to the mix should be discussed alongside their effect on work already underway.

Look at the systems behind the channels

All plans connect selected work through CRM, measurement and foundational support, with infrastructure depth increasing by tier. The comparison explains where a capability is basic, advanced or not included.

AI-agent allowances are 1 with Signal, 2 with Momentum, 3 with Command and 10 with Fractional CMO. These are total counts. Each agent has a defined task and operating boundaries; the count does not imply unlimited custom software or integrations.

Match leadership to your team

A business owner who mainly needs one channel operated may have different needs from a leadership team coordinating vendors, budgets and an internal department. Strategy cadence and executive involvement should reflect that difference.

Fractional CMO combines senior direction with delivery across all engines. Signal, Momentum and Command provide their stated planning and review cadence. Major projects, advertising spend and substantial third-party software are separate, so the complete investment should be considered before choosing a tier.
