EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP + ALL FIVE ENGINES
Leadership above the day-to-day.
Executive marketing leadership. Without another executive salary. Strategy, planning and performance accountability, with all five Growth Engines operated by Dappr.
Includes Command-level infrastructure and all five Growth Engines. Platforms, production and project work remain scoped.
A CLOSER LOOK
What one connected team actually means.
The value of a shared team is easiest to understand through the work between the channels.
One offer, carried through the journey
A customer might first see an ad, visit a service page, ask a question and speak with sales. Each step should describe the same offer and make the next step clear. When those parts are planned separately, the business owner often becomes responsible for explaining the differences and repairing the handoffs.
Dappr connects the selected channels to a shared roadmap. The ad message, website destination, content and CRM process can then be reviewed together. That makes it easier to identify whether the next improvement belongs in acquisition, explanation or follow-up.
Choose capacity around the real constraint
A business with a strong website but little demand may need a different starting point from one with many inquiries and inconsistent follow-up. The first conversation should establish the constraint rather than assume every available service needs to start immediately.
Signal operates one selected engine, Momentum two and Command three. Fractional CMO includes all five with executive leadership. Shared infrastructure and scoped creative support the chosen work. The plan defines capacity, while the brief identifies what that capacity should accomplish.
Keep responsibility visible
A channel report is more useful when someone can explain what should happen next. Clear ownership means identifying who prepares work, who reviews it and who handles an inquiry or operational exception after release.
Your team supplies business facts and decisions that cannot be inferred from a dashboard. Dappr translates those inputs into agreed marketing work and reviewable recommendations. The relationship works best when both sides know what they own.
Build a useful learning cycle
Early work establishes a baseline and tests practical assumptions about the audience, message and customer journey. A result may show that the offer needs clarification, a page needs improvement or sales needs different information when a lead arrives.
The next decision should follow that evidence. We keep the operating plan focused on defined work and reasonable interpretation, with advertising spend, major software and large projects handled separately. Growth is a business process that improves through decisions, not a single deliverable.
THE DELIVERY PATH
Clear steps. Visible progress.
Follow your growth system from the first decision to the next improvement. Select a stage to see the work, your part and the handoff.

What is an outsourced growth department?+
Dappr brings strategy, acquisition, creative, CRM, technology and automation into one operating team. Your engagement defines the active Growth Engines, infrastructure and planning cadence we own.
What is a Growth Engine?+
A Growth Engine is a defined acquisition or conversion workstream: Paid Acquisition, Search Dominance, Content + Social, Outbound Growth, or Web + Conversion. Signal operates one, Momentum two and Command three simultaneously. Fractional CMO includes all five Growth Engines.
Are advertising spend and software included?+
External advertising spend and major third-party software costs are separate. Platform selection, deliverables and integration scope are agreed during onboarding.
Does a higher plan include unlimited services?+

What is the minimum commitment?+
Signal, Momentum and Command have a 90-day minimum. Fractional CMO terms are established separately in the leadership agreement.
Can we engage Dappr for a website or custom project?+

What does Fractional CMO include?+
